HISTORY:
This DS has always been stored in perfect conditions. It was used only during its first few years near to Turin. Then, the 9 years old grandson of the owner inherited it along with some properties.
In 2015, my friend Emanuele, Citroen dealer in Verona, discovered an advert on the internet offering the car with 14,700kms. Scarcely believing it, he made contact and informed his friend Alberto, who on seeing the exceptional original condition, made the acquisition. He used it for about 3000km around Bologna.
Since the opening of the museum in 2005, Alberto regularly visited. In order to finance the restoration of a DS cabriolet, he took the difficult decision to part from this sublime DS, considering the museum an appropriate place for it.
